What To Do When You Feel Uncomfortable

You might have encounter this kind of feeling in your life
But do you know how to get out of this kind of situation?

I used get out because most people prefer this than staying and resolving the emotional problem they encounter
(But Let's drop getting out because it couldn't help)
People do not understand that by staying in an uncomfortable emotions will enrich one's life.
Because that way people can learn how to exist in uncomfortable situations.
Whatever the fear we have actually demands our attention.
Imagine having that emotional discomfort and keep taking it for granted even if people got intrigued of it and you always  drop the topic? It won't help! right? we just keep on rolling and rolling on the same problem so it doesn't end.
So, Give it a good look, do some research and you will find that it isn't quite so scary after all.
Look toward people who intrigue your more on that area
They have important lessons you can learn just by observing them in action.

So, stay put and live out loud.

Are you Reflecting Properly? or aren't either

Do you reflect? How many times in a week,or in a day?
And what’s the besttime to reflect?

According to a colleague in college
The best time to reflect is when the day ends! - before sleeping

You may do it - once in a week
To settle things complicated or problems encountered
It might also be mistakes incurred
To clarify and pacify things to the next day

I Remember someone who is very close to me
Who always reflect…everyday
Because He doesn’t feel like sleeping until he finish reflecting
Even if he almost die for it because of a late sleeping everyday
Before he’ll know how to solve his problem
But thats really amazing!
He will just sleep after reflecting
Coz he enjoys what he’s doing!
You can say "he's crazy"
But he said "Who cares?"
Its my life anyway . . .

So, When i go out of the class
I relay it to him
Which made him solve his problem!
Because he doesn’t need to do it everyday!
But a week is enough!

I actually smile after hearing it
Because i know. . .  i can help a friend
